GUANGZHOU SCIENCE TOWN PROJECT OF THE YEAR

Spark’s Guangzhou Science Town wins prestigious award at Vanke’s end of year annual ceremony. The “outstanding project of the year” covered the disciplines of master planning, architecture and landscape architecture and was awarded for Spark’s mixed-use development of 220 SOHO residential units and a “street-shopping” precinct. The SOHO units will be available for sale post Chinese New Year the retail units have already been sold to a single operator.
