SPARK’s Suzhou Design Museum Recognised as a 2025 Design Innovation Case Study in Shanghai’s Huangpu District

SPARK Architects’ Suzhou Design Museum has been named a "Design Innovation Case Study" in Shanghai's Huangpu District in 2025!

Suzhou Design Museum sits at the heart of the Suzhou Qingtai International Industrial Design Village, offering strong connectivity to the city’s vibrant urban fabric while enjoying its own distinctive waterfront setting and landscape.

The museum, covering 13,700 square meters, features exhibition halls, event spaces, studios, a café, conference rooms, and office space. The underground space connects to a sunken courtyard and an underground loop, which connects the various areas of the Design Village master plan.

We would like to thank the Huangpu District Administration of Commerce for bestowing us this honour. SPARK remains committed to pursuing design innovation that enriches urban spaces with greater human connection and vitality.
