SPARK DESIGNS TALLEST RESIDENTIAL TOWERS IN PENANG

Spark’s Arte S residential towers are set to become the tallest buildings on Penang’s skyline, designed for Malaysia’s Nusmetro Group the twin towers are 50 and 27 storeys containing up to 6 apartments per floor.

The design has been conceived to set new residential standards on the island and boasts many iconic features including 2 suspended club pods perched towards the top of the tallest tower that provide extraordinary views across the island and the sea.

The development was launched at the beginning of 2013 and is set for completion in 2015.
