Spark’s acclaimed Architecture and Interior Design teams have been afforded the opportunity to work on a diversity of interior projects ranging from large new build developments to refurbishment and restoration projects. Spark has approached these projects from a holistic perspective pushing creative boundaries to achieve enduring and successfully uplifting retail environments.

Driven by an analytical approach to create Architecture and Interior Design that is pragmatic, social and convivial, Spark has created distinctive projects across Asia, Europe and the Middle East over the last 13 years.

Notable Projects completed over the last 5 years include the Raffles City developments in Beijing andNingbo and more recently the Fuzhou WuSiBei Thaihot Plaza in China, all of which bear testament to Spark’s skill at reinventing the retail typology. Our work is designed specifically to engage with urban context whilst providing unique award winning interior environments that respond to the changing needs of the contemporary urban dweller as technology increasingly blurs the 24 hour city boundaries of shopping, working and playing.

Other projects include the Vanke Jiugong Mixed use development in Beijing, Tianjin World Trade centre, Shekou Financial Centre Phase 2 in Shenzhen China and One Mont Kiara Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
