Passively reducing the ambient temperature by 5 degrees, the award-winning Clarke Quay redevelopment is a ground-breaking sustainable triumph. SPARK’s scope of work included refurbishment of heritage shop houses, landscaping, way finding, new waterfront F&B areas, and creation of the canopies that lifted the failing local development into a successful world landmark destination for 12,000,000 visitors a year and a yield increase of five times of its original value for SPARK’s client Capitaland.
