The Sunny development is located on a prestigious waterfront site next to the bridge on the north bank of the Saigon River and includes 800 Residental apartments, underground parking, crèche, restaurants, retail, a headquarter Office development and Serviced residences. SPARK’s design incorporates a river walk and landscaping to take full advantage of its location and create attractive public spaces for the local community. The development will be delivered via a series of 3 conjoined residential towers, arranged in a rising composition with green sky terraces that articulate and puncture the elevation. The office tower anchors the edge of the site sitting next to the Saigon River Bridge, a major arrival point to the Ho Chi Minh city centre. The architectural language is of simple, robust and sculptural elements that are articulated in plan and elevation to emphasise the relationship with and towards the river.
