SPARK’s Sinoreal Group twin 250 metre apartment and hotel towers located in Shenzhen’s downtown Nanshan District was conceived as a gateway project into the city’s new Qianhai business quarter. The towers are articulated as a series of grouped apartment boxes punctuated by private 3 storey vertical gardens and generous public sky club rooms. A sky bridge connects the towers and houses triplex penthouses, resident amenities and a 50 metre infinity Swimming pool at level 45.
The development consists of 3 levels of retail in the podium which sits over a metro station. A contemporary art museum connects the ground floor and basement levels and shop lined access to the metro station in a 3 dimensional public landscape that fronts to the city’s main boulevard.
