Understanding the importance of identity, SPARK’s asset enhancement of the property included façade redesign, retail planning, landscape design, and property branding, creating a dynamic logo evocative of the spirit of the project ambition. The designed elements function as an effective herald announcing Ikon Mall’s presence to the thousands of people passing the building on a daily basis.
