SPARK Visits Suzhou Qingtai International Industrial Design Village Site

SPARK Founding Director Stephen Pimbley recently visited the Suzhou Qingtai International Industrial Design Village to check in on site progress with the SPARK China team and partners from Xiangcheng Investment Group.

The visit began with Phase 1, now open and active since January 2024, before moving on to Phase 2, which is currently taking shape. This next phase will bring a Design Museum, lakeside restaurants, and a performing arts centre, adding new layers of culture and public life to the district.

With façade works, detailing, and landscaping all moving ahead together, the project is entering an exciting final stretch. We’re looking forward to seeing Phase 2 build on the energy of Phase 1 and continue shaping Suzhou Qingtai International Industrial Design Village as a new creative destination for Suzhou.
