SPARK’S SHEKOU GATEWAY ONE OPENS

The long awaited Gateway One opened to the public after Chinese New Year.

Set at the heart of Shenzhen’s Shekou District, Gateway One is China’s first ‘Living Room for retail’. The development embodies SPARK’s project ethos of designing buildings that contribute to connecting city spaces together. The master plan of One gateway provides new civic spaces and public realm that link SPARK’s office building and Retail Pavilions together. Gateway One introduces a multi-level retail concept connected by landscaped dining and entertainment terraces that integrate into the surrounding streetscape. One gateway is a transit focused development that visually and physically connects the commercial components of the project with the city bus and metro systems.
