The Yuzhu Timber market was regenerated into a mixed-use development, including a high-rise office tower block and a small tower with commercial and community space offerings. SPARK’s design includes a people friendly ground plan to connect with the city district master plan axis to the Pearl River.

The shorter towers offer a vast array of retail, food and social spaces catered for the community and visitors, with the retail pavilions clustered around a feature spiral stair that acts as a viewing platform.
