Located along Jalan Ampang in downtown Kuala Lumpur the clustered towers of Arte+ are each 215 metres tall. Colourfully expressed balconies and shrouded aircon ledges are staggered across the façade to form a distinct building signature. The themed social spaces including a boxing ring, super gym and night garden are signature of Nusmetro’s Arte developments aimed at Malaysia’s burgeoning youthful mid-market.
