Constructed over a number of ongoing phases, the refurbishment of Tampines Mall includes enhancements of the façade and the mall interior. The existing façade was completely redesigned, creating a new mall identity developed from the profile of the Tampines tree. The tree motif is carried into the mall interior, adding emphasis to SPARK’s consistent brand strategy for the development. SPARK’s scope of works comprised retail planning, interior design of a new food court, access galleries, atrium areas, and washrooms the total redesign of the existing façade design and MRT link walkway and canopy.
